Welcome to Tessara. This is our website, tessara.ca, and these are the terms that govern using it. By placing an order or creating an account, you're agreeing to them.
We've written this to be readable, not to bury you in legalese. If something isn't clear, email us at hello@tessara.ca.
Who We Are
Tessara is a Canadian print-on-demand and surface pattern brand. Our products are designed by a Canadian Designer and fulfilled through Printful. Our store operates at tessara.ca.
Your Orders
When you place an order, you're offering to purchase a product at the listed price. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfillment — if a price was clearly wrong, we'll reach out before processing.
All orders are subject to product availability. Since our products are made on demand, we don't oversell, but if a fulfillment issue arises we'll contact you promptly with options.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify-supported payment methods. Payment is processed at the time of order.
Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We don't store your credit card information.
Intellectual Property
Every pattern on this site is original artwork created by Adrianna LeBlanc and owned by Tessara. All designs, imagery, copy, and branding are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
Purchasing a Tessara product gives you a physical item for personal, residential use. It does not grant you rights to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially use the underlying designs.
You may not copy, photograph, or digitally replicate our patterns for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately at hello@tessara.ca if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be 18 or older to make a purchase on tessara.ca.
Accuracy of Information
We do our best to display colours, patterns, and product details accurately. That said, your screen's colour calibration will affect what you see, and wallpaper texture is something you really need to feel in person.
This is why we offer samples. We genuinely recommend ordering one before committing to a full roll.
Limitation of Liability
Tessara's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — things like the cost of repainting a wall, hiring an installer, or missed delivery windows.
We're a small business doing our best. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to make it right within the scope of what's reasonable.
Links to Other Sites
Our site may contain links to third-party sites (like Printful's tracking pages, or social media). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
