Tessara Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Tessara pattern is printed to order — just for you, after you buy it. There's no warehouse full of rolls waiting around. That means returns work a little differently here than at a big box store, and we want to be upfront about that before you buy.


If something arrives damaged or wrong

This one's easy. If your order shows up with a printing defect, a colour that's clearly off, or damage from shipping, we'll make it right. No hoops, no lengthy back-and-forth.

Just send us a photo at hello@tessara.ca within 14 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement out to you.

That's it.


If you ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind

Because each order is made on demand, we can't accept returns for sizing mistakes or change of heart. 

If you're unsure, order the sample first. Seriously.


Shipping delays

We ship through Printful. Once an order leaves their facility, transit times are out of our hands. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll figure it out together.
