Tessara Shipping Policy
Every Tessara pattern is printed to order through our production partner, Printful. That means there's a production window before anything ships — we're not pulling rolls off a shelf. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Most orders go into production within 2–5 business days after you place them. During busy periods (hello, holidays), that might stretch a day or two. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Delivery Estimates
These are estimates, not guarantees — once a package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands.
Canada Standard shipping: 2-18 business days after production Express shipping: 2–4 business days after production
United States Standard shipping: 2-6 business days after production Express shipping: 2–4 business days after production
International Standard shipping: 3–20 business days after production Availability and rates vary by country at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders over $65 CAD ship free within the United States.
Orders over $75 ship free within Canada.
Orders over $115 ship free Internationally.
Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. If you didn't get the email, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at hello@tessara.ca.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are set by your country's government and collected at the border.
We don't control them, and we can't cover them. They're not included in your order total.
If Your Order Doesn't Arrive
If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, give it 24 hours — sometimes carriers update tracking early. After that, check with neighbours and your building's mailroom.
If it's genuinely lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll figure it out together.
